Do you even know what you’re sorry for? Don’t apologize if you don’t mean it. Don’t apologize for “anything you might have done.” I think sorry doesn’t mean shit even if you do mean it. It’s just a word, and like all words, they’re worthless unless they’re backed by actions. I’m sorry for being harsh, but we all have to face the facts. I’d rather you not apologize and show me how sorry you are than just apologize ambiguously. This isn’t an SAT exam, you can’t just mark “E: All of the above.” If you really mean it, prove it to me. Show me you won’t make the same mistakes. Prove to me I picked the right girl.
